The Professional, Regulatory and Disciplinary Bar Association (PRDBA) and Addleshaw Goddard are delighted to co-host a panel event covering topical issues in professional regulatory inquiries, disciplinary proceedings and litigation.
This seminar will offer practical, up-to-date insights into professional disciplinary and complaints processes, examining key challenges in relation to the role of complainants in preliminary investigations, evidential issues, complex medical and confidentiality concerns, amongst other issues.
