This event addresses Defence issues including current issues concerning delay and undertakings. These presentations (2) will address the timing, substance and content of requesting an undertaking. The subject is topical considering recent Case Law in the Supreme Court and the effect of delay on Sanction.

At the end of the presentation, participants will;

• Understand the practical elements of applying for an undertaking and the importance of appreciating the effect of any delay on a regulatory hearing
