On the 10th of February the Professional, Regulatory and Disciplinary Bar Association held an event exploring how regulators and legal professionals can strike the appropriate balance between maintaining professional standards and supporting professionals fairly. The event was chaired by Ms. Justice Mary Faherty, Judge of the Court of Appeal and featured speakers: Cathal Murphy BL, Aisling Timoney from the Senior Legal Council and Ruth Shipsey from Medisec.
