The Professional, Regulatory and Disciplinary Bar Association (PRDBA) and Addleshaw Goddard co-hosted a panel event covering topical issues in professional regulatory inquiries, disciplinary proceedings and litigation.
The seminar offered practical, up-to-date insights into professional disciplinary and complaints processes, examining key challenges in relation to the role of complainants in preliminary investigations, evidential issues, complex medical and confidentiality concerns, amongst other issues.
