Patricia Dillon SC, Chair of PRDBA, hosted an event featuring speaker Lorna Lynch SC. By the end of the presentation, participants had understood the key elements of expert evidence in a regulatory context, including briefing an expert, expert reports, and expert evidence at Inquiry. They also gained insight into some of the practical difficulties encountered regarding expert evidence and discussed various approaches to addressing these difficulties.
