PRDBA Event for Junior Members: Disciplinary Complaints in the Regulated Professions, from Initiation to Conclusion
This event is aimed at the Junior Bar (Years 1 - 7) and will feature a fireside chat with colleagues practising in the area, where attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions on how to build a practice in professional, disciplinary and regulatory law.
Learning Outcomes: The event will cover the procedure relevant to the Medical Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Board, the LSRA, the Dental Council, the Health & Social Care Professionals Council, the Teaching Council, amongst others.
